The Italian-style Garden
A COMPLEX YET REFINED PLAY ON HEDGES

The Italian-style garden is currently the only one that remains from the original period, and it still rises up to the left of the main façade.

The Italian-style Garden is accessible through the large two-branched stairway with marble balustrades, which is south facing, towards the flatlands of Turin.

The complex play on box hedges is articulated around an elliptical fountain and has a spectacular backdrop of a wall in exposed brick where three niches open up articulated by pilasters made of brick and telamones, marble masks and statues of enormous dimensions.
